First I want to thank my family for their support my training in the gym. Sometimes it takes a lot of time and they have gave me on big understanding about that. When I started to interest grip training, I met Kimmo Kokko, Finnish living legend what comes handstrength. Kimmo gave me big ideas, how to training can be comprehensive. Kimmo have done” Rautakoura” competitions more than 10 years. First time I touched the grippers was Kimmo´s Rautakoura competition in Finland. Thanks for that.   Also one of the best tips I have got from Gripboard, world largest archive, what comes handstrength and training. Especially thanks to all the Gripboard members, who have sent their achievements and training infos to the board.
