How Long Grip Training: 9 months
Current Grip Training Program: I train gripping on average 4 times a week. I use a variety of methods such as, hex block weights, negatives, bending 6"long ¼ inch square stock, hot wax therapy, 3"dexterity balls, inch dumbbell training.
Other Training Info: Strong Man Training, bike riding.
