Current Grip Training
Program: I do lots of singles, overcrushes, and negatives with grippers. I
also do lots of levering, in addition to a little bit of everything else.
Other Training Info: Train competitively for the bench press, also getting
back into squats seriously after a long layoff due to back injury.
