How Long Grip Training: 5 years
Current Grip Training Program: Hose clamp singles and attempts with the
Super Elite and #4, Table No Set singles with #3 and below, Mash Monster Set singles and attempts.with various grippers. Double overhand Apollon's Axle
deadlifts and power cleans, 2.5" Crusher deadlifts, 1" vertical bar lifts, and various hex block weight lifts and attempts. No set schedule, just whatever I
feel like that day.
